I am a 20+ year resident of Orange County and a frequent traveler. Coming out of the pandemic in late 2020, there was a significant shortage of rideshare options especially for early morning pickups to LAX so an opportunity presented itself. In early 2021, I started offering ride services in my local area just as a single operator. As ride requests continued to increase, I started to bring on additional drivers and formally create Shuttle•Me. Today, we have a crew of professional drivers providing nearly 400+ rides per month for residents of South Orange County. The best part is that 60% of our business is from repeat customers, and 70% of our new business comes from customer referrals.
